1.) General Product Information

A.) Identification: Nailite manufactures specialty siding products for
residential, commercial and manufactured housing applications. The product
offering includes replica Perfection-Plus Cedar, Hand Split Shake, RoughSawn
Cedar, Hand-Laid Brick, and Hand-Cut Stone, which provides the authenticity
of real wood, brick and stone. All Nailite products, panels and accessories
shall be packed in cartons defined by the Nailite logo and labeled with the
appropriate product name.

B.) Manufacturing: The panels are injection molded from a thermoplastic
resin formulated with special additives to enhance long-term performance.
The panels are designed to resist insects and the elements. All Nailite
products are lightweight to ensure easy maneuvering and installation.

C.) Weight: Shake panels weigh approximately 3 pounds each. Brick, stone and
RoughSawn Cedar panels weigh approximately 4.5 pounds each, with 20 panels
per square. Perfection-Plus Cedar panels weigh approximately 2.5 pounds
each, with 36 panels per square.

D.) Thickness: Panels and accessories are approximately ninety thousandths
of an inch, (0.090) thick.

E.) Long-Term Weatherability: Panels have been designed with proven polymers
that enhance strength and durability. The panels include UV inhibitors to
protect against the damaging effects of the sun and are highly resistant to
harsh weather conditions.

F.) Product Design: All Nailite panels have been designed to authentically
replicate the look of real wood, brick and stone. These panels can be used
in residential or commercial applications with elevations up to forty (40)
feet. Applications can be for entire buildings or for architectural accents
such as: foundations, manard roofs, entryways, gables, flower boxes,
chimneys, and mobile home skirting. For applications of a different nature,

All Panels have a unique interlocking finger or clip system, which allows
for expansion and contraction while ensuring fast and secure installation.

G.) Accessories: A full lie of accessories available for use with all
Nailite panels include color-coordinated J-Channels, corner pieces, ledge
trims and starter strips.


H.) Finish: Panels are treated with high performance acrylic. This acrylic
coating serves as additional protection for weatherability and lasting
beauty. Nailite panels can be re-painted to the color of your choice using a
high quality exterior latex paint.

Nailite panels are manufactured from high quality resins with special
additives to help protect against the damaging effects of the sun¹s rays.
Several coats of high quality paint are then applied to the surface of each
panel; this adds further protection from the elements and helps give Nailite
panels their unique look and texture. It is important to note that natural
weathering will occur and is to be expected. While natural weathering does
not harm the quality of the panel itself, periodic touch-ups and / or
refinishing will help restore the panels to their original look and finish.

2.) Installation

Before starting work, verify governing dimensions of building; examine and
make any necessary repairs.

Nailite applications can be performed in any temperature, but installation
is not recommended at temperatures below 45 degrees.
