All aluminum products are made of 3105 or equivalent aluminum alloy and H-16 or equivalent hardness.

Soffit panels are offered in solid or vented. Ventilated panels are vented with .05” depth openings on a .5” staggered centers. Free air flow values for fully vented.

Coating Specifications

Coating

Caution must be exercised when aluminum is placed on contact with material or materials not compatible with aluminum. Aluminum nails or fasteners must be used when installing siding and accessories.

Application

ROLL COAT - ONE COAT FINISH APPLIED ONTO A CHEMICALLY CLEANED ALUMINUM SUBSTRATE. PAINT COATS ARE BAKED ON FINISH.

Dissimilar Materials

CAUTION MUST BE EXERCISED WHEN ALUMINUM IS PLACED IN CONTACT WITH MATERIAL OR MATERIALS NOT COMPATIBLE WITH ALUMINUM. ALUMINUM NAILS OR FASTENERS MUST BE USED WHEN INSTALLING SIDING AND ACCESSORIES.
